Welcome to Luxury Private Transfers Jamaica. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website and our private chauffeur services.

1. Service Provision

We provide premium, private luxury transportation. All vehicles are booked exclusively for your party; we do not offer shared rides. Our professional chauffeurs are committed to providing timely, safe, and discreet service as specified in your booking confirmation.

2. Passenger Behavior & Vehicle Care

We maintain a strict no-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes) across our entire fleet. Clients are responsible for any physical damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by themselves or their guests. A minimum detailing fee of $250 USD will apply for any major spills or negligence requiring specialized cleaning or repairs. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if passenger behavior is deemed unsafe or disrespectful to the chauffeur.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policies

All rates are quoted in USD and are inclusive of standard local tolls and airport fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Booking: A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your vehicle.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation to avoid late fees.

  • Extensions: Any unauthorized extensions of hourly charters will be billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s standard hourly rate.

    4.1. Force Majeure

    Luxury Private Transfers Jamaica shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes, or acts of God.

    4.2. Booking Amendments

    While we strive to accommodate your travel schedule, any last-minute amendments to your booking—including changes to pickup times, locations, or vehicle types—are subject to availability. If a requested change cannot be accommodated, your original booking terms will remain in effect. We recommend notifying our dispatch team at least 24 hours in advance for any adjustments to ensure a seamless experience.

    4.3. Data Privacy

    Your use of our services also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We maintain your information in accordance with high standards of digital security to ensure your trip logistics remain private and secure.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.

8. Prohibited Items & Safety Regulations

For the safety of our passengers and chauffeurs, the following items are strictly prohibited in our vehicles:

  • Illegal substances or illicit materials.

  • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials.

  • Open alcohol containers, unless expressly permitted by local regulations and our service agreement.

  • Any items that may pose a risk to the vehicle’s interior or the safety of the driver.

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to decline the transport of any luggage or items they deem dangerous or damaging. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that failure to comply with these safety standards may result in the refusal or immediate termination of service without a refund.
