Cancellation Policy

• Standard Transfers & Charters: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or instances where a passenger fails to show up without notification (No-Show), will be billed at 100% of the quoted reservation fee.

• Automatic Adjustments: If your commercial or private flight is delayed, your pickup window will automatically adjust to match your true landing time. No late fees or delay penalties apply for delayed flights; your chauffeur will be waiting exactly when you step out of the terminal.
• Extended Delays: If a flight is delayed by more than 3 hours or rescheduled to a different day, we will make every effort to accommodate the new timeline with an identical vehicle class. If an exact fleet swap is impossible due to extreme schedule shifts, we will coordinate an immediate luxury alternative for your arrival.
